Carbon Steel corrosion, erosion, and pitting defects are randomly placed on the specimens.
Some specimens feature naturally occurring corrosion and erosion. The recorded depth of the corrosion indications is based on the deepest point within the affected area.
Both ends of the pipe are covered with removable cover plates.
